Since our services include software solutions, digital products, and online services, our delivery process primarily involves electronic delivery (digital mode). This Shipping Policy explains how and when our customers receive their software access, licenses, and related services.

For all software-based services, delivery is completed digitally through one or more of the following methods:
Download link via email or client portal
Remote software installation or setup
License key activation through online access
Login credentials for SaaS (cloud-based) applications
✅ Estimated Delivery Time:
Once payment is confirmed, access or setup is usually completed within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on project type and customization level.
Some solutions, such as CCTV systems, home automation, and solar products, may involve physical components or installation at the client’s location.
For such cases:
Products will be shipped or delivered within 5–10 business days (based on availability and client location in Kerala).
Delivery or installation will be coordinated by our support team via phone or email.
All physical deliveries are handled through reliable courier or logistics partners.
Digital products: No shipping charges apply.
Physical components: Shipping or installation charges (if any) will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice before order confirmation.
Currently, our primary service area is Kerala and other parts of India. For international clients, all software services will be delivered electronically. Physical shipments, if any, will require separate agreement on timelines and costs.
Once an order or subscription is confirmed, you will receive:
An order confirmation email.
Service or software delivery details.
Technical support contact (if applicable).

We strive to deliver on time; however, delivery may be delayed due to:
